About Dave

Born in and raised in Port Alberni, I started my career on June 3, 1993. During that time, I was fortunate to, through hard work, attain numerous sales awards including the Pinnacle and Diamond Club Awards, and many career milestone awards: Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement, Circle of Legends and the 2020 Luminary of Distinction.

In 2004 and 2018, I was the #1 Sales Associate in BC for # of trans. and in 2012 was the recipient of the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board REALTOR® Care Award.

My designations include Accredited Commercial Professional, Global Marketing Agent and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

I am very passionate about all things real estate and I own property where I vacation with my family.

I have a very keen interest in Sproat Lake properties and have sold more homes there than any other agent.
